The series premiere of “For Richer or Poorer” is set to premiere this Saturday, December 1st at 9 & 10pm on GMC TV. The new series is the continuation of the original gospel play, that aired last April. The story is about commitment and honesty, and focuses on Kya and Aubrey Wilson, a married couple of four years who questions their commitment as they go though difficult financial times that ultimately place their strengths and weaknesses on the front line.

LeToya, Rockmond Dunbar, and Angell Conwell have all returned to reprise their roles, while adding Anthony Evans Jr., Carl Anthony Payne, and Jackée Harry to the cast. In case you missed the TV movie, you can watch it here!

This past weekend LeToya began filming “For Richer or Poorer”, a new GMC TV gospel-play series based on the TV movie of the same name that aired back in April.

LeToya, Rockmond Dunbar, and Angell Conwell all returned to reprise their roles, while adding Anthony Evans Jr., Carl Anthony Payne, and Jackée Harry to the cast.

The series will continue where the TV movie left off, and will premiere in November. In case you missed the TV movie, you can watch it here!

It’s been nearly eight months since we got our first peek at the Trey Haley directed film ‘Note To Self’, but now that we are getting closer to its premiere date (October 2, 2012), online promotion for the film has begun.  The official Facebook page for ‘Note To Self’ is now live, and you can find it at facebook.com/notetoselfthemovie. ‘Note To Self’, written by Christian Keyes, is described as “A “Coming of Age” Film in the Vein of ‘Love and Basketball’ meets ‘Good Will Hunting.’” Note To Self also stars Richard T. Jones, Clifton Powell, Jason Weaver, Eva Pigford, Valerie Pettiford among others.

Before she co-hosted the 2007 Soul Train Awards with B2k front man Omarion, the H-Town Chick hopped aboard the legendary Soul Train, and performed the fan favorite record, “Gangsta Grillz” from her #1 debut album LeToya.
